Stainless Steel Kerbing, Bollards, Manholes & Cladding

Midland Stainless Developments Ltd are specialists in a wide range of stainless steel applications, including the design and installation of stainless steel, wall support kerbing. Having worked in many factories over the years, we have vast amounts of experience in installing wall kerbing and feel that it is vital that it is designed specifically for your needs. With this in mind, we design and install your stainless-steel kerbing to help build a strong and high impact resistance wall, making your building safer.

Stainless Steel kerbing is available from Midland Stainless Developments Ltd in both standard and custom-built profiles. Our stainless-steel kerbing is manufactured in various gauges, generally from 16SWG through to 10SWG (heavier gauge, heavier duty). The fully welded kerbing system ensures no splitting or chipping of the exterior material. This eliminates the potential growth of bacteria, providing a subsequently cleaner and safer food production environment.

Generally, for kerbing projects, 316DP1 is used, this gives a high resistance to bleaching from cleaning chemicals and acidic processes in the factory.

Stainless Steel Bump Rails

We also offer a variety of bump rails. We will make a design to suit you. We have 3 main ways of fixing bump rails to the floor or frame you wish to protect. The first is to core drill and grout, fixed directly to the floor, another option is to fit it directly to the stainless-steel kerbing, which we can provide. Alternatively, it can simply be anchored to the floor.

Stainless Steel Bollards

Our stainless-steel bollards are a great way of protecting a wall to help it maintain its shape or to block an entry way. We provide bollards to suit your size and purpose, all stainless-steel bollards are filled with concrete, core drilled, and resin fixed to the floor.

Goalposts

Doorframes are extremely prone to damage, however with some very simply made goalposts that can all be changed. We offer goalposts to suit and can vary across all sizes and angles.

Manholes

Here at Midland Stainless Developments Ltd, we offer different types of manhole covers depending on what it is that you are looking for; we make manhole covers and install them to various sites, from food factories to new buildings whilst maintaining high standards throughout.

Stainless Steel & Aluminium Cladding

At Midland Stainless Developments Ltd, we offer various kinds of design in wall cladding, all of which are ultimately aimed to suit your individual needs. Whilst the wall cladding is usually fitted alongside the kerbing, we do offer to install wall cladding on its own.
