Stainless Steel Gullies

Gullies are a great way of connecting a small drain to the existing pipework. Here at Midland Stainless Developments Ltd, we supply gullies fully equipped with filters and covers to leave you with minimum fuss. We can also fit gullies and connect them to existing ground works, as we have the experience and the technical capabilities required.

Gullies are manufactured to offer different flow rates, grating sizes, body and spigot combinations. Our stainless-steel gullies offer compact, high performance drainage solutions for a wide variety of applications, with vertical outlet spigot and side outlet options, ideal for food processing, diary, brewing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Stainless Steel Channels

At Midland Stainless Developments Ltd, we offer a comprehensive range of stainless steel drainage channels, gratings, gullies, and rodding eyes to suit site requirements. Manufactured from stainless steel grades 304 or 316, our drains are welded rather than bolted, allowing greater flexibility in design. Drainage can be installed into all floors including resin finish, sheet vinyl and concrete. All stainless-steel drains are specifically designed to withstand the stress and load of extreme industrial processes whilst conforming to increasingly demanding standards of hygiene. For applications requiring products to be manufactured in custom widths, sizes and other grades of steel, we can supply a total custom solution including design, manufacture and installation.

We serve all of the major food factories and leading leisure centres with stainless steel channel and drainage solutions. Our drainage channels are specifically designed to withstand heavy loads which are a common occurrence in today's society. All of our stainless-steel drains are custom made to measure, so we do not have a standard size; we also design our stainless-steel channel drains to connect with others to ensure that all of the pipework remains intact and operational.

We also undertake the full installation of drainage solutions, as we have the skills to tackle any problem that may arise on the spot. All our stainless-steel drains are fully site welded and come cleaned and polished ready to put into use. If you opt for us to install your drains, we will gladly concrete it up and add the resin flooring topping to ensure you are left with a clean and professional finish.

All drains we offer are installed with easy, removable drain filters to prevent anything unwanted from entering your drainage system, the drain’s filters will depend on the product application.

Drain Channel Covers

All stainless-steel drains that we deliver are accompanied with drainage covers, all of which can be designed for industry specific requirements. All drain covers are easily removable and hygienic. Choosing the correct drainage cover is as important as the drainage channel specification, addressing various issues such as anti-slip, ease of cleaning, load capacity and drainage appearance.
